I’m Meha—formerly an investment banker, now a personal trainer, and a proud mum to two cheeky little ones. Of course, I can’t forget my most important role as the professional 'sock-picker-upper' for my wonderful (though somewhat lazy) husband, Hinay!
A question I get asked often is: "How did you get into online training?" My answer is always the same: "By complete accident!" After experiencing a difficult life event, I turned to fitness and nutrition to help ease my own fears and anxieties. What started as a personal journey quickly transformed into a passion, and before I knew it, MOG Fitness was born.
I created this program to help people like you make real, lasting lifestyle changes. I’m a huge foodie myself, so I’ve made it my mission to design plans that don’t involve restricting food groups or saying no to social events. I believe you can enjoy the foods you love while achieving your health goals.
My focus is on overall well-being—physical, emotional, and mental health. Weight loss is just one of the many positive side effects of adopting a healthier lifestyle!
